Man jailed 3 months for torturing kitten? ONLY 3 MONTHS?!?

I REALLY despise people who torture animals, particularly cats. And what's more, 3 months?! 3 MONTHS?! That's just too goddamn short, in fact, too LENIENT! This cat has been put to sleep thanks to this cruel son of a @#$@#. This poor animal was only 1 and a half months old!
Its left eye was even PROTRUDING out! And all the guy gets is 3 months?!
Causing a cat to die is as good as knocking some person down on the street!!
Oh sure, some of you guys would say, "Who GIVES a damn?". Well, I do. I'm sure many cat owners would too. IT'S A LIFE that you guys are giving a damn!
Also, I can't BELIEVE Ms Ngiam's neighbours. You guys actually TOLD her to let that sick guy do whatever he wants and not be a busybody?! GOD!
Here she is. Doing the ABSOLUTE right thing and you guys discouraged her?!?
If Ms Ngiam had called the police earlier, the poor kitten would not have died.
I don't see any problems in stopping a cruel person like Hooi. I scolded some kid till he cried, all because he threw stones at a cat.
Hooi deserved to have a very severe sentence. Pleads for leniency and he won't do it again?! COME ON!!
Fine $10,000 --- "Chey! pay money only. Scared what"
Short Jail term --- "Aiya, just jail only. Nothing much one la"
This is not a minor issue. Hooi caused the deaths of several cats and all he gets is 3 months? With NO FINE? Isn't this too LENIENT? -
We should torture him.

It doesn't have to be jail. I was trying to say that a different type of punishment should be given. It pains me to see a small pitiful kitten who's all alone in this world, and has to go rummage through rubbish for food as well as to protect itself. people like Hooi makes their pitiful lives even worse

I won't send him to jail if I am the judge. Perhaps some counselling and try to brainwash him. Then do the same thing to him to let him have a taste of his own medicine.

He is the 1st time offender for torturing kitten. If he is a repeat offender, he may be jailed for up to 3 years.

2 bad doesn't make one right. Though he deserve a more severe punishment, please don't judge in such ways. He is already being punished and anyone jailed will means his future tainted. So give him a chance and if he ever do it again, I believe the judge will increase the intensity of the punishment appropriately.
