if u wanna report someone for indecent exposure, must u provide evidence?
i really cant stand it anymore but i know a girl who thinks she's damn hot and keeps *flashing
she is loose as fuk and i bet no one likes her. to top it off, she's rather meaty on the abdominal region and have flabby thighs. arms not so bad but i cant stand her big fat thighs it's an eyesore.
i think she watches too much america's next top model or smth that's why she's such a wannabe.

What did she expose? I don't think there is indecent exposure if there is no exposure of, you know, the restricted areas.

On the other hand, your comments about her figure and personal attacks merely indicate your extreme dislike for the person, almost bordering on jealousy and contempt.
You might want to look at the mirror and ask youself whether you plan to report her for the greater good or if you just get a kick out of getting others into trouble, especially if she's 'flashing' privately and within the boundaries of her home. -

Nope. Outrage of modesty is up to the "victim's" personal feeling. If the victim felt she has been violated for whatever reasons, she can pursue the matter. But whether her charge will stand in court is another matter.
