  i heard only 15 schools in singapore have this thing .. their students donnid to tk o's and they can go to poly. But must one new subject , donno wad it is.

  It's the increase to the profit margin for polytechnics. I always thought that institutes care more about you money than your education, looks like I was right, unfortunately.

  Did these ruined ppl work hard in the first place? You said 'O' levels ruined many ppl then have you thought about how many ppl who took the big 'O' will have their rice bowls ruined if so many unqualified ppl emerges as equals?
  I am not against the idea but if the MOE wants to introduce a new educational product, make sure it's for the interests of the citizens instead of lining up their own pockets.

  actually what it is is that havent take O's level can book a place in poly, for the first 500. which is they still need to take O's to meet the minimum requirement to enter poly. but still wtf.
