yeah, their 2 mins is like very fast.
NEL, when the train says 1 min, it means the train will enter the station in 30 secs, then take another 30 secs to slow down and stop.

But as for wheelchair ramp buses, think is maximise the loading as far as possible, I can still see wastage of bus resources.. I mean if those ppl inside are so niao to some svs, the additional cost of add time needed to serve the disabled folks, I think they will still be niao -
