That's why they shouldn't have axed the buses in 1992 and 1993... You add the MRT but you minus the buses, you are not encouraging ppl to take public tpt either... All those what duplication are just excuses...
But as for wheelchair ramp buses, think is maximise the loading as far as possible, I can still see wastage of bus resources.. I mean if those ppl inside are so niao to some svs, the additional cost of add time needed to serve the disabled folks, I think they will still be niao
