Cash Deposit machines

i know that POSB CDM only accepts dominations of $10 and above. what about UOB?
Just now went to look at the machine but they never state what kind of dominations the UOB cash deposit machine accept. do they accept $2?
got plenty of $2s left over from CNY. need to deposit but lazy go que in the bank..... -
When they accept $1 coins, they'll start accepting $2 notes.

I just deposited yesterday at UOB. they accept $2 notes. -
UOB is better than POSB. The queue always very short.

if no.... just go to any fast food restaurant and all that and ask them if they wanna change money.. -
POSB CDM = $10, $50, $100, $500
UOB CDM = $2, $5, $10, $50 (Unsure about $100 )
UOB CDM usually have much shorter queue than that of POSB. However, during some times, their machine's $2 box is full and thus do not accept $2 note.
Other than that, I prefer UOB CDM over POSB CDM because you do not need to bring down your ATM Card nor key in your PIN to do any Cash Deposit and thus the transaction being more fuss-free. UOB only set a Maximum of 3 Transaction a Day, but that doesn't affect us normally, I believe it's to prevent traders from depositing their earnings multiple times and causing inconvenience to other user. -

cos i remember UOB CDM can accept smaller dominations of cash.
and yeah. UOB is so much shorter but the branch at my place had just moved. leaving the ATM and CDM around.
UOB also seems to give more privilleges with its debit cards. but unfortunately the UOB atms aren't as common as the POSB ones as yet -

But in terms of the number of ATM UOB lose out so unless you live near one else abit bo hua muz travel to get to that eat money ATM rite?

I agree. I've just signed up for their Debit Cards and being a big spender myself, I find the privilleges that I enjoy is much better than any other bank. Each month, you can use 3 times of OCBC machines. After that, it's $0.30 service charge per transaction. if u livei n jurong west, get POSB or OUB or wab B also same cos ATMa and CDMs all maxed out...see jurongpoint or jurong west st 91 lor...queue almost 16 hrs a day
