  For the convenience of others, uploading a 1GB file can be done over at www.yousendit.com. Their maximum uploading size is 1GB and usually over my Maxonline 6500, I require around 1 hour during Peak Period.

  Let's just say I don't even dare to upload more than 50mb at a time. Even the 10mbps plan with up to 1mbps upload rate, I have qualms about it myself.
