Actually I wanted to become a soccer player. Soccer is my passion. I thought that maybe someday I can play for Manchester United and represent Singapore Haha another tall order eh? But soccer player in Singapore? Forget it. Not much of a future without education in Singapore. And its almost impossible to play soccer professionally and have a recognised degree. Can you just imagine? Manchester United player and star of Singapore soccer team holds a Bachelor of Accountancy? Haha what a joke. But never mind. If I can't play for Manchester United, I'll make sure one of my future son plays for them. Haha! -

every year i feel older cos the auditor that comes to do the audit are getting younger and younger (cos turn over is super high and they always recruit the newly graduate....)
somehow...we can deny some facts such as ' money makes the world goes round' u can always earn you dollar...and keep your passion over the weekend..
most imptly is while you earn your keep, can you earn some liking for your job...if not it can be miserable....
toking about soccer....my hubby always complains...the govt don't show much support even for young children to play....u can hardly find fields at every estates where children can just go kick the balls when they want....u have to book the fields from some schools i think and its payable....where do you play your soccer?? -

I play my soccer on basketball courts(I'm sorry basketball players, yes I'm guilty
). Its true, good fields are hard to find in Singapore. But it can't be blamed. Singapore is too small and land is scarce and precious. Hmmm maybe they can make lots of underground and multi-storey indoor fields. Haha.. Maybe one day when I'm rich, I'll buy up one island and sponsor all poor kids who share the same passion as me and train them into worldclass soccer players on the island. Then they represent Singapore and send us to the World Cup and, who knows, bring it home.. Haha big dreams eh?
