  frankly speaking, the companies got so confused, it's back to square one... no increases for petrol, 6c increase for diesel, as per thursday.

  it's something like economics... they have to get the best prices for their commodity... they don't want charge higher and lose customers as a result... charge lower, unless it's a promotion... so in the end, best to stick to the same price together lor...
