Retrenchment (some companies called it: Restructuring) is ongoing and can sense/prepare that more are coming. As long as employees or staffs are axed, I will call it "Retrenchment".
A number of new jobs created are not applicable to local grads and workers (Too specialised & high end). Not enough jobs created for the increasing masses of grads and workers. We can see more grads driving taxi and doing odd-jobs, etc.
