  if u have problem skin then go easy on those moisturizers.
  
  use water based ones, eg aloe vera to moisturize. they do not clog pores. alternatively, go for non-comogenic (pore clogging) products.
  
  on e other hand you can go for moisturizers that have anti bacterial properties, e.g tea tree oil to bring down e redness

  yea i guess so too..drink more water..our body needs plenty of it..if not, all sorts of sickness will come..not only skin peeling
