How to remove Spywares even after........

  ..... I use the free Spy doctor to scan, discovered got 10 files infected by spywares, but it don't provide removal service.
  
  I scan with Mcafee, Microsoft beta, Asampoo and they all can't detect the 10 files spy doctor could.
  
  So how to remove these 10 infected files. Subscribe to spyware is not an option as i am using Mcafee now.
