IPPT Defaulter??

hey..one of my friends told me he got a letter saying he never go for his IPPT and he got charged?
he say he now a "IPPT defaulter"?
so now..I kinda blur...
he's in poly..still have to go? He ord already...
and also, what's the punishment? -

of course still have to go for IPPT.
Now the system is that you will have to auto book for your IPPT on anyday during your Full year cycle that starts from your birthday until the last day next year b4 your birthday.If you did not book and then attended at least one IPPT appointment for the full year,then you are considered a defaulter.
First time punishiment:$50 fine
Second time punishment:$100 fine
Third time punishment: Possible DB if the unit go according to rules. -

and not forgetting he has to go for RT (Remedial Training)..
Jus remember to prepare for some reasons when they call ur fren up for explanation..

cuz yr fren still havent reach 35. den must take ippt. unless he get into accident break hand break leg. den downgrade, dont need to do ippt liao. tell him prepare to giv explanation can liao.

Some 2LT will "charge" you.
My friend kena this 2LT. very informal charge. haha.
One whole row of defaulters stand in front of him, the 2LT just tell them their offence and tell them to plead guilty.
Plead guilt liao, pay $50 to the clerk next to him, get receipt, go to next clerk to book for RT. -
I am IPPT defaulter too.... sianz. Wanted to test the system, hahaha.
Went for Summary Trial. First timer i thought is ok. But we went inside one by one. Kenna scolded till jialat jialat. Depends much on the officer conducting lar. Forgot when i was scolded till so jialat, during BMT 10+ yrs ago?
i thought NSmen more slack..... no lor.
Got 1 guy, 1SG , got book IPPT but didnt go for RT. Got fined $200 even first time! wah lao.

in poly also have to inform MINDEF for them to put him in holding list for his reservist...last time the place to report is NSPC in CMPB...dunno still around or not.I think last time someone here told me not around anymore...can go CMPB and ask lor...Originally posted by cyberelle:he's in poly..still have to go? Last time when me was in active service as a Battalioin Chief Clerk, me prepared 213 charge reports like siao for all those NSmen who didn't go IPPT, my S1 had to charge the NSmen like siao also, every day got 20 summary charges, lasted for two weeks... Then my Brigade Chief Clerk was the richest person during that two weeks cos of the fines paid by NSmen...
