But wait till you buy one, and then later need support and or parts replaced - you'd hate yourself for buying DELL! -

I think I had an experience when I had a Dell Axim. Not spoil, just call to ask about some function. They have someone to pick up the call. That's all. No product knowledge at all, and also very rude.
Seems like the M girl at the other end is busy filing her nails when I called.
But for that price of this laptop, I wonder if it's worth it. -

lenovo.... althought IBM is under lenovo, made in china.....
still go for it.. IBM is good quality but pricey...
2nd i recommend will be Asus..
dell is hell... fujitsu.. u pay for looks.. toshiba... heavy but only alright.. acer.. too much heat... LG... good for refrigerator and overpriced.. -

And as for Acer desktop PCs, they use motherboards that have capacitors that will swell and leak after one year of usage. I have known about 10 friends and colleagues whos Acer desktops motherboard capacitors swelled and leak and needed costly replacement of the entire mboard!
Either swollen capacitors or power units the blow.
This is all I know about Acer. -
WTF? NO! Big Blue IBM is NOT under Lenovo. IBM only sold it's thinkpad division to Lenovo because it isn't profitable enough. IBM and Lenovo are two different company and have no relation at all. my IBM is 3yrs+ and running strong.. not once it has been for repair... still the very 1st windows installation they did for me...
i mean.. my dad bought the benz s320 in the pass.. didnt like it cuz it gave him problems.. but he switched to the bmw 725i.... no problems..

Dell that system is not a value in my opinion. Because everything is intergrated. -
Using Dell laptop coming to 3 years +...no problem. (bought online during the promo-cash return)
(touch wood) till now, no chance talk to their customer service...
