mics for computers/laptops

  i intend to get one but are those cheap ones reliable? don't wanna invest too much on it. only using during games to chit chat with friends. cheap ones i've seen are like only $10. any personal experiences?

  my $10 lanjiao mic worked fine......
  i can talk over SMS
  
  it's not a lanjiao mic for no reason.
  cos it's shaped like a lanjiao

  i'm using a 7.90 one. It works really well... except now that i left it there and mishandling it... the sensitivity isn't as good anymore...

  haha. yes yes, i know why you say it's shaped like a lanjiao. i've said that once to my friend before as well. oh, the mic you're talking about here doesn't come with the attached earphone eh?

  $100 get sennheiser with earphones and noise filter
