  give him street directory also no use. how can he look up the max???? rd....
  
  it's 28 maxwell rd, red dot traffic museum. old traffic police hq. opposite mnd complex.
  
  exit at tg pagar mrt, turn right after ticket gate, go up 2 escalators, come out turn left and walk along maxwell rd. it takes 2 mins.
