BTW, take a look at the ST paper - see how the guy drove....he actually chong across a road divider and hit the victim across the road. -

if you want to kill a person, use a car. you won't get the death sentence. -
Driving without license mean he have no rite to drive.... In my opion he should be jailed 10 year plus compensation plus 10 years banned from driving and buying car........ If i not wrong the person who lend him car will also be charged rite ???

what's more, his offence for driving w/o a valid license in 'under consideration'. and he hit lamp post, still can reverse and drive again.
9 months where got enough. even a molester gets more than 9 months. -

He has a US-driving licence, he didn't convert his licence to SG or international licence. Furthermore, he does not have driving insurance.
He felt under depressed after quitting his job in Microsoft & left his girlfriend in 2002. -
