There's a guy who likes her so much so that he only wants her in his life and that he knows where she lives.
Things to consider:
1. He can stalk the girl in a smart manner where he won't get into trouble with the police, as in he can approach the girl for chats instead of sneaking around. Not to mention, nobody knows when he'll strike so there's no way to take precautions.
2. If the guy keeps stalking the girl, he is going to ruin both of their lives thoroughly since both of them can't concentrate on the things they are doing as there is always going to be distraction around.
3. The girl can "hire" some protection for herself from the guy, but people can't protect her forever and there's also nothing to protect her from since that guy isn't really hurting her anyway.
4. The guy can threatened the girl to hurt her family since that he knows where she stays. The police is still useless in this case, as he didn't really put his actions into reality yet, and if he does put his action into reality, the damage would be irreversible by the time the police arrives.
Its really bad isn't it? -

Wow, your theory, I can't find any loopholes sia. I mean if someone wants to hurt and you know, you inform the police, they can only protect you for a certain period of time. What will you do after that?

If one fears repurcussions , one will never take any action. You have to assess which is the bigger risk & if the potential payoff is worth it.

Seriously, If I was the stalker, I would want her bf to protect her, and even better scold or beat me up, then I'll charge the bf. And after that threaten her to be with me, or her bf in jail.
