try not to go on sundays, usually there will be birthday parties in the afternoon. otherwise it's fine.
another thing is try to go after 1pm, once the lunch crowd clears. no one will disturb u until 10pm. and u never face the counter directly, and got glass window facing corridor de.
tanglin mall is at the junction of tanglin rd, napier rd and grange rd. -

All regional Lib in Singapore and you can get many good reference textbooks there.
Will tend to be crowded also, because many pple chops for themselves, need to go early and "chop" urself also.

yewtee mac.. =D the seats there are comfortable.. not like those normal mac wif hard seats.. yt mac has cushion seats.. ensure tt ur butt dun hurt after sitting there for a long time.. lolz..

Study at the drivethrough mac at sembawang road , always empty wan except for the irritating tv screening the mac advertisement its great, hardly anyone goes there.
Another good place will be in detention class =) There bo pian cannot do anythin might as well study
haha been there done that and in the end got A2 for chinese lol , my worst subject
