depends on ur codes.
Some like serial port comms still can use some of the libraries from VB6 in .NET platform but syntax-wise....have to make changes...minor or major depends on ur codes...anyway...there are some VB6 to VB.NET conversion tools available on the net...I havent tried any....maybe U want to try them out?
