  do u think it works? i dun think so.. saying that ppl who makes mistakes n was in prison before gets another chance.. but i noe of a person who tried so many times no matter wat to get into the course he likes but still unable to get in.. finding a job of him is even worse luckily he has found one.. i jus feel that the yellow ribbon programme is jus crap..
