Ranking of bottom 5 jc

not sure about the rankings.... was in PJC last time... average L1R5 was low... around 12-14. but our principal keep accepting people with 20 also...
personally i think that such ranking doesnt really reflect much, if it does, it only reflect the willingness of the school to accept students with lower grades.
