and establish rship with the warehouse/vendors there (so in future they can just liaise via internet and fone)
online shops no need much money to set up
u can ride on yahoo or other shopping portals with low subscription
the stuff there is REAL CHEAP!
one blouse cost about S$2 only and they can sell at S$20
ROI very fast one
and if u can build a pool of loyal customers or regulars, there will be recurring business....
some have online store as well as a physical store (but both sell different stuff)
however, it is very competitive and u might be getting the same goods as other online stores.....so u have to provide an edge over the others.....
some run loyalty points program, some offer free delivery, some have warehouse sale here to clear stocks, some even go to the extend of arranging to meet up, try clothes, u happy then u buy kind of service...
they spam e-newsletters to their customers on new arrivals, stock clearance, freebies, promos....
