NEED suggestions and IDEAS!

Yesterday i went to Zouk cause got above 16 only party.
So damm crowded. I bet u guys also went there too.
The bouncers were so damm strict. and even though , Zouk , being a rather unconvienient place to club . (not near MRT or any buses) People espcially TEENS are willing to take a taxi there. From what i witness , zouk business was thriving.
Me and my Dad then thought that what if we starting a clubbing business. a pub where it would allow teenagers to enter and no alchohol would be served. (no alchohol tax) then we would start making money.
but, its rather unconvincing as some of the teens might think that serving no alchohol would be rather stupid and if you went there, you would be a loser cause they were serving no alchohol. if this business were to really be a success , HOW to make it successful? -
If got no alcohol then not pub what.....

How about importing something that tastes like alcohol..but it isnt..and u wont get drunk on it. i think some shops here like fairprice or sth got sell such imitations.

try sparkling juice? those bottles of sparkling juice can make the place LOOK like a club. Ambience is important as well. Dim lightings and have a mini stage for performances.
I have an idea. Split the 'club' into 2 sections. One section for students to study, the other to relax and chill out. -

Most importantly the place must be affordable as your customers are mostly teenagers.
You can also have private cabins which teens can book on an hourly basis, to watch TV/VCD/DVD.
What appeals to most teenagers will be a peaceful place to simply rest and chit chat with their friends. Too noisy and it'll really become a disco.
Perhaps you can offer services like Aunt Agony? Maybe can invite the mods from SgForums AA to help out
Haha I'm already dreaming of going there already. It is starting to sound like a great place for teens

actually ive got another idea..say you've got an extra classroom sized or slightly smaller space still empty after moving in everything..you can let it be booked by adolescents for meetings and such -

I think its alright. Things that changes fast are those fashion and trends etc. This can be a place for adolescents to relax and basically chill out. the idea has merit but seriously enough?
doubt it will work.
there are alreadi all sorts of places for us to chill out that doesn't serve alchohol.
its the forbidden factor that makes it oh-so-hot.
disco is a good idea though. there arent places where teens can party that doesn't serve alcohol. now that is a severe lack.
somewhere that is like a club (not a pub), that serves mocktails and stuff..
