Haircuts for males below $20

  Anyone knows where to get a decent haircut for males below $20*? I know of Storm Hair which goes for $19.90. I reckon there should be others.

  those neighnourhood uncles i go to only cut for $8.. i think its decent.. have nv cut my hair at any other place..

  Kimage Funan. About $17 for hair cut and wash by graduate hairstylists. But depends on ur luck, some graduates aren't really that good.

  I've never had a haircut above $20....I think those people who spend crapload on a haircut is either very rich or just retarded. Its more on how you style your hair...not to say the barber's skill dont affect it. But the difference between those $20 and $40 barbers are nt that huge. sometimes even the cheaper 1 is better
  
  my friend spend like $100 for his hair on some famous salon and still looks like shit. then he became the centre of our butt jokes

  i love malay barber. just that they f.a.r.king don't shampoo or wash hair. $8 but body will itch on my way home.
