6 reporters tried calling at the same time... Always CityCab or Comfort 1st to settle and cab to arrive -
Comfort and City Cab: Booking processed in 1 min, cab arrived within 7 mins
SMRT: 1 time at night booking rejected cos no cab
SMART: 1 time waited for 50 mins, later on booked a CityCab, arrived within 10 mins
TransCab: Operator not friendly -

usually, i end up flagging down cabs.. as scarce as they are during peaks and just after 11pm, it's faster than booking a cab!

But cab co at this stage have no idea on this -
i oso have no idea why i see cabs on their green sign and cruise around and die die oso dun drive into taxi stand
once u call, they will happily come in.....
should the taxi co. be doing something about the customer service level?

Cos it is not everyday that you have mass performance unless cab co bother to check and remind cabbies -
