I bought dis samsung mp3 player YP-T7 X and i was unable to find de removable storage device...so i cant upload my music files...anyone has de same brand can offer help?

Did you check you connection cables? Try to change other USB ports on your computer.

Thx... i called de hotline...which was closed ytd cuz it was sun...i was asked to go to de samsung website to download dis media studio...it was not mentioned in de manual...
