The Problem with Superheroes/heroes...

...is that they are sooooooooooooo unwilling to KILL their enemies(the villians )!
Why??!
Each time he sends the villians to jail, they'll only break out again and seek revenge on the heroes! Why can't the hero just finish off the villians once and for all? Except for the reason that the cartoonist is damn lazy to draw out a new Villian when the old ones die
Example of Superheroes/heroes who do not kill the villians:
1)Spiderman
2)Batman
3)Superman
4)The Flash
5)IronMan
6)Samurai X (when he turned into a Rouronin )
7)Jackie Chan
8 )The DareDevil

1)Van HellSing
2)The Punisher
3)Nick Fury
4)V (Vendetta )
5)Ultraman
6)Power Rangers
7) Masked Rider
8 ) Kira (Gundam)
9) Alucard
Anyone knows the reasons for this topic?

Someone told me once that the Power Rangers are justified in their killings as they are eleminating aliens that will cause harm to humans.
And
Punisher is not justified in his killings as he is considered MURDERING human beings (although they themselves deserved death, no doubt about it! )
But what about Batman?
Ain't he justified to kill the Joker?
Joker had commited so many murders in Gotham..isn;t it wise for BatMan to just finish him off?
Or is Batman afraid of the LAW?
That's why Punisher is still my fave hero (non superpowered ).
He follows the motto of Saito Hajime (Samurai X character )
"Evil, instant, kill! "

Eliminate Evil Instantly!

talking about superheroes..
Very few American superheroes actually do kill. even Power Rangers now don't kill their villains. in fact, Power Rangers has become a stupid, CGI-infested, watered-down piece of crap, which disgraces each Japanese Super Sentai season it is supposedly "based" on.
The reason why Americans are so afraid of killing in their shows is because people will complain. Censorship is very terok over there...Even blows to the head, kicks to the chest, grabbing the neck is not allowed to be shown on kids TV. Heck, even bullets get edited into lasers damn it! And they throw in hundreds of slow-motion, CGI lasers and explosions everytime there are fights, which makes everything look REALLY REALLY bad.

And how about this! They are standing right in front of each other and none of their lasers actually hit each other! 
Compare the above two with the one below, which is from Japan and was edited out in its American counterpart..Bullets + Accuracy in shooting

How about heros who stay around for credit?
Usually heros work under the disguise of their costumes or a "xxx by day hero villian slayer at night" kinda shift job, but the only hero I know (can think of) who stays around for credit is Zorro. I mean come on, the guy was standing on stage and waving to everyone in the movie. -__-
