Leaking..

  My bathroom ceiling pipes are dripping water!!! who can i complaint it to?
  Last time my downstairs complaint our house. then govt sent someone n we have to change the piping system.. then both parties have to pay.. (half half)
  
  this time my upstairs leak we have to play again??
  complain to who ?

  complain to town council first laa.... mine use to leak last time...they send down some guy...and fix everitin.....free of charge. hahah

  Think you will need to complain to your town council about the leakage and as same as before, you will still need to bear half of the cost incurred should your upstair neighbour need to rectify the fault.
  
  Me know my ex-colleague kena this problem before that he had to pay twice, one for below and one for above.

  From what he told me, the repairs were done to the flat above his 1st before repairing his flat and both parties each paid half of the total bill. Then two months later, the same thing happened to the flat below his and the repairs were done to his flat 1st before his neighbour below and agin he had to pay half.

  Me think it's around that amount, heard he paid about $1200 for both repairs.

  And make sure you cast your vote to them, if not let they find out you didn't, they might send you a bill twice the amount.

  It's better to contact Town Council. They might do for free, or both occupants splits the bill.
