Deadlifts..
need help from experts...
for my back workout, i do deadlifts once per week with about 10-12 reps. 5times (in addition to other exericses) , is it enough?
i always feel very tired, sweaty after deadlift.....Other bodyparts workout not so bad..but for back workout especially with deadlifts, whoa i sweat like siao..is it normal??
