swimming costumes left behind

  when u are in the toilet of the swimming complex or beach...... ie changing or showering after/before swimming.... have u seen bikinis or swimsuit or swimming trunks accidentally left behind?
  
  if u seen such, what will u do with it? keep it, ignore, throw away, or give to the lifeguard?

  Once I ignored cause was busy, lately I reported to the Lifeguard at the beach cause due to the terrorism threat. It's a plastic bag only though.
