They are simply draping the flag across their bodies, pretty obvious they were having fun and playing around. This is a moment of joy. Pretty normal.

Funny, I read this thread title, I thought some Thai protesters burn Singapore flags, instead only got 2 girls draping the Singapore flag on their bodies. Like this also cannot. I happen to get the impression they are cheerful and nationalistic.
