  make police report ASAP...then wait for 14 days to see if any kind souls returned it to the authorities...if not...go down ICA and make a new one...cost 100 bucks,if first time lost.

  If you have lost it, you go report to the police and get a new one later.

  jsut go make police report. they will take note then normally will ask advice you to wait awhile in case some one return you or what not.

  All NRIC lost need to be reported if I'm not wrong. You can choose to either replace immediately at $100 or wait for 14 days and see if anyone returned the NRIC when it's found.

  but you might want to make a police report and sound very very very sad.... police might write a funny letter for you to request ICA to waive your replacement charge.
