From novena mrt come out from the united square entrance.
Walk away from united square in the direction of the petrol qiosks near the junction
Walk through the "white blocks" selling things and you should be able to see it with some finding
If still cant find it , ask one of the local bengs hanging around there , they should be able to tell you
