most labels wld state exofoliation is recommended for no more than 2-3 times per week.
u can exfoliate via brushes or washes (microbeads) daily, but pls dun b too ardent w it, cos it will expose raw skin, which will hurt instead...
for me, i can take exofoliation every other day...not sure bout ur skin condition ya

Using Neutrogena Deep Clean facial wash now as I ran out of my stock of MPS facial foam which can only be bought in Bangkok. Istrilene facial wash (gel type) is good too! But its a bit expensive, costs >$60 for 1 tube! -

i use Nivea Men Facial Wash(green one) cos my face cannot take those overly foamy wash.I can only use more water based.IMO its a pretty good wash,I use it about twice daily.AS for exfoliating sometimes only...

maybe its psychological.
because you THINK it works, you brain tells your skin to clear.
