Disused pool at RIver Valley Swimming Complex

  Have you realised that the former River Valley Swimming Complex had resembled to become a pond?
  
  It was closed to the public in April 2003.
  
  The pool is so dirty and it upsets me.

  I went there swim before. Saw nothing but an ang moh woman stripped naked and changed in front of me in the changing room.

  There's an urban legend that me heard before.
  
  There used to be seen at night after the pool closed for the day, there were ripples of water patterns in the pool (like the ripples formed when we swam across the water surface), even no one was inside.

  The old swimming complex belongs to SLA and the pool is drained every 3 months. The last was Mid-Dec 2005.

  why dun they just not fill it?? or just cover it up with cement/soil i think it would be cheaper in the long run

  For this I had no idea what happened. btw, there was a decomposed bird found among layers of dead leaves inside the pool.

  By filling with other mediums will spoils the pool. I think they have other plans for the place
