what to do? progress package problem. pls advice

  (abt the ns bonus) i ord on the 16 jan of 2006
  
  i get 800 growth dividends.
  
  but they do not mention anitin abt ns bonus.
  
  i login progress website still no ns bonus.
  
  i wanna go cpf building, but so many kiasu people.
  
  try calling help line but allways engage.
  
  what you think i must do? any ideas?

  To be eligible for the NS Bonus, NSFs and NSmen must be serving or have completed their NS in the SAF, SPF or SCDF as of 31 Dec 2005. In addition, NSFs must have completed Basic Military Training (BMT) or served at least 7 weeks of NS as at 31 Dec 2005 to be eligible.
  
  Eligible NSF and NSmen aged 21 and above (as at 31 Dec 2005) will get their NS Bonus as part of the Progress Package and will be required to opt-in with CPF Board to receive it. CPF Board will be sending out a notification letter in late Mar 2006 with instructions on how to do this.
  
  Eligible NSFs / NSmen under 21 years old (as at 31 Dec 2005) will have their NS Bonus credited directly into their bank account by 1 May 2006. This is because they will not be eligible for the rest of the Progress Package. If they have changed their bank account recently, they should update their bank account details via www.miw.com.sg by 15 Apr 06.
  
  btw, this is pretty strange. ur age as of 31st dec?

  hey firstly thks 4 replying.
  
  im 21 on 31 dec. just check with my buddies, it seem that my intake
  who promoted to cpl(extend 4 months)., is facing this problem.
  best part all donno what to do.

  call 1800-6MINDEF to check. if it fails, then check with CPF. sounds like some admin coc-kup.
  
  at least MINDEF can credit the $100 to ur bank account on their own.

  if im not mistaken, mindef is only doing admin stuff for army.
