Can upgrade Singnet plan while under contract?

  Hi,
  
  Just recontracted my Singnet 512 plan recently. However, now I have a change of mind and want to upgrade to Singnet 1500. Is it possible to do it while I am under contract?

  Only when you have 6 months left, I think.

  Existing customers on 512kbps Unlimited plans (12/24/36-month contract) can only upgrade to 1500kbps Unlimited plans (24-month contract) at the promotion rate if their existing contracts are 6-month prior to expiry.
  
  Liquidation charges are applicable to existing SingNet BroadBand customers who wish to upgrade to a higher speed Unlimited plan with premiums. For SingNet BroadBand 512kbps Unlimited Plan, the amount chargeable is $210.
  
  FYI:
  Downgrade of plan is allowed after first 6 months of the contractual period. A downgrade fee will be imposed for any change of plans. For SingNet BroadBand 512kbps Unlimited Plan, the downgrading fee is $210.
