Please Help Me Think of A Good Password

It is not for this Sgforums' account of course, something more serious.
Btw, can recommend me a good firewall? Free one which I can download from the net, the one you know good quality or have been using it and found it reliable. Any recommendation?
Btw.....just to mention....we are not supposed to put anything which can be traced to us...such as our house number, telephone number, birthday number, or IC number of any kind....
Not so good also to use or refer to your name....say Tan Ah Kow....dont put TanAK...or any such permutations of any kind.....
Basically must be really unconnected to you.
For further safety, must also refrain from using your dog's name, GF/ BF name, your favourite superhero name, your high school name, etc like that.....in case of 'insider danger' from people who know you....
But still must be catchy and memorable, cannot be too complex like 'KoNmk7b6#*Jh' because too meaningless, you're supposed to remember it for very long time, a meaningless password like this will make you forget. Not to mention cannot write it anywhere on any paper.
So.
Really made me no idea. Thats why.
Anyway, got firewall recommendation? I look at Yahoo search result, but I dont know how to differentiate between the hype or which one really good.

not sure what kind of thing u want this password for........
the one who try to steal your thing must know your phone number/gf name/ etc to guess it, then must be someone close to you.
if you really want something that totally not related to you, so that even those closest to you, like someone who knows your birthday, phone number, IC number etc. and have a chance to mix all this to the correct combination also cant guess the password..... you try this:
think of a favourite movie(in case the person knows what's your favourite movie, you may try other movies.....).
think of a sentence in like "Luke, I am your father"
then you use LiAyF(start with uppercase and change every letter)
For the number part, use your phone number, but add it up.
let's say your phone number ends with 7885, you put 28(7+8+8+5)
if like that still can guess...... god bless you........ -
