is there really such rights for women?

the law states that between 6 pm and 6am, a
woman has the right to REFUSE to go to the Police Station, even if an
arrest warrant has been issued against her. It is a procedural issue that
a woman can be arrested between 6pm and 6 am, ONLY if she is arrested by
a woman officer and taken to an ALL WOMEN police station. And if she is
arrested by a male officer, it has to be proven that a woman officer was
on duty at the time of arrest.
It is good for us to know our rights. To what extent it comes of use
remains to be seen in any situation. But as they say, knowledge is power.
Just thought I`d share this with you.
I did not know this and am sure lot of us will not know this -
please be informed..... And pass on this info to whom all u know.......

dont think its in singapore , anyway i think in singapore a women police officer has to be present in order to handcuff a women suspect and take her to de police station ... any police or ex officer , can comfirm on this ? -

You should WIPE all notions of RIGHTS clear out of your mind.
In Singapore, if you are a suspect, the Police won't give one single hoot, whether you are female or the time of day.
You'll be picked up and whisked off.
Period.

if they want to arrest a female suspect or when they go catch those illegal pros and illegal "foreign workers", i think they would make sure there are female officers present...

No such thing. The things that makes your sentence heavier is whether or not it is premediated, whether people are hurt. Premediated will get a heavier sentence because it's planned. er actually got such thing lol Its called house trespassing by night .
But never heard of such thing as policeman cannot arrest woman after 6 even if there is such a rule its damn lame -
heard of this before somewhere...but it was for the States....oni some states....its cause there are cases of guy officer doing stuff to the female suspect...but from what i know its oni guy cannot arrest afta 6...female officers still can conduct the arrest...
