do you know what is still in the manifesto of the PLO? something the late and accursed Yasser Arafat refused to remove?
the goal of the PLO is the destruction of Israel... still is..

babe... The PLO existed because of the creation of Palestine. It was them jewish survivors of the holocaust that went in to arab lands and took everything away. the only reason why the PLO wants to kill ISRAEL is because the jewish state refuses to be fair. there is no right in this whole conflict... just a whole lot of wrongs...
just because Israel isn't that good, doesn't mean the Palestinians are correct... both sides are guilty as sin where it comes to atrocities... the only difference is that the Israelis are not attempting to commit genocide.. the Palestinians are trying their damnest to do it -
Palestine was a British colony. The Arabs were the majority until Jewish settlers from Europe came and started driving the Arabs from their land with terror tactics. It was not a conflict with religious overtones, only that the Zionists used religion to justify their land grab. After Israel declared itself as a state, Palestine did not do likewise because the Palestinian leaders did not accept the division of land with Israel.
I don't think what Israel and the Zionists did is morally right, but then, in international affairs, might is right and power grows from the gun barrel. Israel's military was better organised and stronger than the Palestinian. Sad. -
What I dont like from the whole thing is the religious overtones and linking the conflict to the concept of Holy Land or Crusades or Jihad. This made a lot of confusion and severe misunderstandings among all the parties involved; Jewish, Muslims, and Christians. Very bad. It will drag on for generations because of this. I hope it will be resolved soon, including the resultant after-effect of present War-on-Terror.

Hmmm weren't that the land of Isreal's ancestry? Weren't the Jews bought the land back themselve? If PLO suffer alot I think it has nothing compared to the Jews over the centuries. PLO is just a tool used by the UAE.

It is a long story between Israel and Palestine. Since I know how to read newspaper I already saw news of these two entities fighting each other. It will never end even if I lie down in the coffin.
Now is Israel officially recognised as a country? Is Palestine officially recognised as a country? In international games say World Cup, Olympics and whatever world tournaments are they allowed to send teams to participate?
I doubt they get majority approval as a soverign nation from the countries around the world. From what I know, Msian cannot travel to Israel and when Israel officials visit Spore, our neighbors will make noise. So go figure how many countries recognise Israel as a country. -

That piece of land is Israel ancestry? Now that is topic for major contention. As to suffering Jews, no worry as they are a hardy race that can never fail to amaze ppl by their resolve to survive in all adversity.
It is a pity Hitler extermination policy did not do much. The fact that he need to eliminate those Jews signal Jews are a serious threat to the Nazis superior thinking. -
why not blame the arabs? they're the ones who have so much land but refuse to give the palestinians any...deliberately keeping them angry and angsty to use the palestinians to fight their proxy war against israel.
