Okay... just some word of advice, if you're trying to lose weight, here's some tips for you...
1) Do a variety of activites, not only jogging... doing some resistance training such as push ups, crunches and pull ups would bring you further... higher muscle mass increases basal metabolism rate, this helps you to burn more fats even when you're resting...
2) Split your meals into many smaller meals instead of 2 large meals... this keeps you full for a longer period of time, so you would not be overeating... choose lean meat with skin removed, also choose healthier cooking methods like boiling, steaming, grilling etc...
3) One serious misconception that many people had is that they would only try to avoid the fats when dieting... in reality, sugar is another thing that contributes to obesity... sugar not used as energy source would be converted as fats and stored in the body... Avoid sugary drinks and desserts...
4) On your diet above, avoid cereal drinks as they're usually high in sugar... if you die die need hot beverages, opt for coffee or tea with controlled sugar amount... harsh brown should also be avoided as it's deep fried, unless you're telling me that you steam your harsh browns...

Green tea (unsweetened) (not those pokka kind) is a great choice and it seems to work wonders on me if i'm dieting... you may wanna give it a try...
hope this helps...
