Dear all,
Just wanted to ask some questions in regards to this, hope some lawyers or professional here can help.
I have a friend (lady) she was haressed by her co worker in the office, the story she told me is as of below.
She was showing her Indian worker (from India) some photos from Sammyboys, these photos are of no offence and these photos are compared between Ah Guas and normal women.
Then suddenly the Indian start telling her he likes her blar blar blar... Suddenly ask her to masterbate for him, my friend refuse but he grab her hand to his grion forcing his way to kiss her also.
My friend is now very frightened and wish to know what to do, she does not want too much trouble and is also afraid to tell. She knows her bf is a hot tempered guy and will resort to killing if the temper is not under control.
So what is the advise you guys can think of? Is there any ways to help this poor lady? -

report police will complicate the company one. why didnt the boss do anything abt it and stuff. be prepared to lose job. but it's worth her modesty though. -

doing nothing will only suggest to the indian to be bolder next time when no one else is around.
suggest she gets equipped with evidence-staining devices (pepper spray or electric stun gun AND black/red spray paint) and type an anonymous alerting letter to the CEO or Chairman, the highest man/woman in the company about your case that if the indian molests her again, she would use them and call him/her and the police. Staining evidence will speak volumes about the molester.
What the CEO/Chairman likely would do is to narrow down the possible employees and/or subtly hint to the dept heads/employees not to misbehave or face the police.
Or to be more discreet, seriously engage a pro PI to set him up and gather evidence against him. "Bug" herself up, the work desk area, etc.
If he does it again, she could use the evidence to tell him to stop or face the police.

kk another way if she doesn't want to let ppl know about it is ask her go police station make a report but tell the police i want it to be confidencial if the police agree you will nid to sign the form ... , and if they breaks the news and they would be sued and be removed from the police post immediately and its a serious offence for that
so ask her dun worry much about it
