Me at home hold the shower head in my hand and take cold showers on normal days, warm showers during cold days or when me's sick.
If me's outside on holiday and at work, me leave the shower head on the holder and take warm showers on all occasions and days. If got bathtub, me would soak in the bathtub 3/4 filled with hot water like spa spring and laze in it.

Home shower is from the top (rainshower), not from the portable shower head. Hence no need to hold.
Hot shower before noon and after 6pm otherwise it's cold shower -

my shower head is mounted on the wall... the aussies are stoopid.......
and i take hot showers, even in singapore.......
cannot stand coldwater....... will shiver rrrrrr even on a hot day....... -
leave it there..
before 9am take hot shower.
after that all cold liao.
unless rainy days.. then i take hot shower. -
no time to shower.
