  Which 1 should I go? Is degree neccessary?
  
  If I go ITE higher nitec and everything goes well.. In which year will I be able to admit into Year 2 poly?

  If I'm not wrong, I think Year 2 of ITE with COM will lead to direct admission to Year 2 of related course in Polytechnics. That's what the ITE website says.

  it depends on the poly and the course.
  
  for business course, no direct entry to 2nd yr, but will be exempted one semester.
