From the way it is, it is not a matter of feeling scare or not. People is just feeling unjust that they can get ban just because a certain someone with the power doesnt like the things they post.

Back to the topic:
I don't know what really went on, and I'm sure each side has his/her story to tell. But I've observed as long as I've been a member here that FI would not deem to warn / ban anyone (or anything, according to you) unless there is a valid reason to do so. I may not post much here, but I am fully aware of the occasional gossip and juicy news in the forums.
In any forum online, useful note: read the site rules, toe the line if you must, and you'd be perfectly fine. If you feel that you are not at ease or don'r agree with the way the forum is handled, tres simple - Find another which does. Nobody can please everyone.
There's no need to lose sleep over it.
