But sometimes we just can't blame the telco service providers.
From what me understand, they also need the consent of the building landlords before they can commence their signal extension works in the affected buildings, and sometimes these building landlords give the telco service providers problems in making irrelevant and time-wasting depictions of situations.
Me know one such property company that always make things difficult.
