Police Coast Guard - Collision again??

  Sunday Times (9 April) - collision between a police coast guard fast boat and an Indonesian speedboat
  
  Being a member of the public, i think the Police Coast Guard needs to give us a satisfactory explanation for the recent spate of collisions, and why it failed to avoid such incidents and how are they going to prevent such incidents from happening.
  
  Those staying on land must be as safe as those who train and play in the sea.

  Can't avoid accidents, cant blame the coast guards.
