  Ya, I think if HDB it's 30 year loan, but some people can also cut short midway if they have the money.

  I cant remember when is the legal retirement age...
  I think its 62...
  
  if U take loan at 33 years old....62-33=29....U only can take loan for 29 years
  the later U buy...the less time U have to clear ur loan.
