NB, Early morning 8.30 at Tampines 400++ the stupid MPs there make so much noise for some stupid event then the MC so loud
Sleep also cannot sleep, So loud until my pillow drop onto the floor -

I doubt so leh....because it's already 8.30 am in the morning. This puts you in a weak position. You have no reason why they cannot make noise at 8.30am. Unless if it's night time such as 11 pm or something like that.

Most likely, it's nothing that you can do because it's already 8.30am and it's not unlawful at all. Unless it's an event that running and it affects you to the extend that you cannot sleep properly due to night shift works, else it's a sure lose case.
