  anybody knows the name and singer of the song that was used for one of the condo commercials on tv?
  I only caught part of the words.. 'because of you... the sun will always shine'.. anybody knows?

  oh yea.. true it is the mac one.. But.. i tot it was also used for a property commerical? i only remember part of the commerical. where the girl dives into the swimming pool..
